Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Devereux gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please note that final sale items and personalized equipment are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
